GENTLE YOGA
Many of us are nursing an injury, overworked, or simply need to be nurtured. Sometimes less is very much, more. Through breathing, longer holding times for postures, Restorative Yoga, and assisted stretching, Gentle Yoga is designed to suit your needs. Sessions promote healing, because as the body is nourished, energy is freed up for your recovery.

YOGA

More than just traditional Yoga postures--- Customized Hatha Yoga sessions include, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini Practices, Restorative Yoga Techniques, as well as the use of props, to help you get the most out of each session. What sets yoga apart from other fitness modalities is the attention on breathing, the breath takes you to levels of flexibility, strength, and balance you didn't think were possible.

PILATES
The group of abdominal muscles, Pilates calls your "Core" are essential to supporting your posture, and ultimately, every movement you make. Pilates mat exercises not only strengthen the Core, but help re-educate other muscles so that they rely more on the Core. The result is stronger, more fluid, and healthy movement.

NUTRITION
Nutrition work is very different from a diet.  The goal isn't to deprive you it's to get your body more nourished!  In so doing, wonderful things may start to happen-weight loss, better sleep, fewer cravings, better digestion, emotional strength, calmness and the list goes on!  We'll take a look at your eating history, your goals, and your current diet to design a plan that works for you.  We might work with food combining, blood type, body type, looking at HOW you eat, and the addition of more Raw/Living Food.  Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions can be scheduled to check your progress, keep you on track, and modify your menus.
