IN HOME YOGA
Personalized sessions are designed for you and may incorporate: breathing techniques, hands-on adjustments, the use of props, alignment based vinyasa flow, core work, and meditation.  

BASIC YOGA
If you have never tried yoga before, are curious, or simply prefer the comfort of home, then private yoga is perfect for you.  Basic sessions cover foundational yoga poses, allowing you time to integrate at your own pace.  The experience will serve you whether you continue on your own, move on to group classes or stay with private sessions. 

ADVANCED YOGA
If you want to work with advanced poses, inversions, & arm balances, if you want to take your current yoga practice to the next level, then private sessions are perfect for you.  Personalized sessions build on your current strengths and give you the practical tools to master poses in a way that supports your unique body.  Sessions include dynamic approaches that help you integrate body, mind, emotion, and spirit.

GENTLE YOGA
Many of us are nursing an injury, overworked, or simply need to be nurtured. Sometimes less is very much more.  Through restorative yoga, assisted stretching, and aromatherapy, Gentle Yoga is designed to suit your needs.  Sessions promote healing, because as the body is nourished, energy is freed up for your recovery.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Through the use of therapeutic yoga props and balls, foam rollers, specific yoga poses, and unwinding type movements, let's discover how to get more pain-free movement and increased range of motion. 

WHAT MAKES YOGA DIFFERENT FROM OTHER WORKOUTS?
First, it helps unwind the cumulative effects of poor posturing (from driving, computers, and even fitness/dance training).  Second, it allows you the space to breathe, deep breathing is the main tool we have to access our nervous system and de-stress the entire body.  Third, its focus on flexibility helps you build true strength, as "strong" but inflexible muscles are prone to injury.
